How payment works
Clear from your first payment onwards
First payment
You pay the £199 setup fee and your first £99 month together at checkout. Everything is set up for you from there.
Then: £99 monthly
Your plan renews automatically each month using your saved payment method, unless you choose to cancel.
After purchase
We create your account and draft page, invite you to the client portal and prepare your initial order for programming and dispatch.
Rolling monthly, with self-serve billing
There is no long fixed-term contract. From your client portal, you can update your payment card, view invoices or cancel. If you cancel, your links remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your historical reporting stays in your account.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, the service is paused and tap links stop directing customers onward. Once billing is brought up to date, the service can resume without losing the activity already recorded.
More than one location?
Your first location is £99 a month. Each additional location receives 30% off the monthly fee, making it £69.30 per month per additional location. For example, three locations cost £237.60 a month in total. Contact us so we can plan the setup and confirm what each site needs.
